As Orange County's only LGBTQ+ focused health center, we provide care for over 5,000 individuals each year, offering everything from HIV treatment and prevention to primary care, mental health services, housing support, and nutritional programs.As we grow, we're searching for an onsite Medical Director who's driven by purpose, fueled by compassion, and ready to help shape a healthier future for our community.About the Role:As Medical Director, you'll blend clinical expertise with strategic leadership to help guide a talented team of providers while delivering meaningful patient care. You'll be at the heart of an inclusive, mission-driven team that believes health is a right, not a privilege.You will:Lead, inspire, and support medical staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health providers.Collaborate with leadership to grow services and continuously enhance care.Deliver high-quality, culturally affirming patient care alongside leadership duties.Help guide clinic operations, maintain compliance within an FQHC setting, lead new program growth.Represent within the community to help build strong partnerships and awareness.
