OverviewResponsible for assessing and managing risks across the organization's Security, IT, Audit and all Navy Federal Credit Union operational environments. Collaborative approach to high-profile work with expectations of on time delivery of executive-ready work product. Knowledge and mastery of agile methodologies in managing work and ability to decisively prioritize work in supporting a high-performing team. Experience working at the enterprise level with varied stakeholders in different areas of focus and risk. Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze emerging technology risks, implement risk management strategies, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Hands-on commercial insurance experience at an enterprise-level. Plays a key role in developing frameworks for risk identification, reporting, mitigation, and escalation. Responsible for understanding the risk landscape, implementing risk management frameworks, and ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards, NFCU processes, and regulatory requirements with an understanding of NCUA and FFIEC regulations. Work under minimal supervision and use complete understanding of business needs and objectives to support projects that have impact on the achievement of operational goals in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques.
