Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, with 18 office locations across the United States, including Chandler, AZ; San Jose and San Diego, CA; Wilton, CT; and Hillsboro, OR.Role and Responsibilities:As a Logistics and Warehouse Project Lead is to drive the successful execution of warehousing and logistics initiatives by bridging operational excellence with strategic project management. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse-related projects, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support factory operations in San Diego. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, the Project Lead ensures seamless integration of new processes, effective change management, and optimal use of warehouse capacity.Works partly in operations and partly on project management.Leads stand-alone projects or leads sub projects by liaising with 3PL and internal ASML project managers.Coordinates the implementation of new processes, change management or projects. Leads the execution of San Diego warehousing projects including 3PL requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for 3PLs.Serves as liaison between warehouse and San Diego factories including but not limited to work instructions alignments, change management, escalations, cost savings.Manages overflow warehouse locations (capacity, sqft).Works on continuous improvements projects (coordinating inventory reductions, consolidations, efficiency).Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business AdministrationMinimum of three (3) years of relevant experienceORACLE and SAPWarehouse Management systemsTransportation Management systemsSkills:Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.Can learn and apply new information or skills.Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.Demonstrate open, clear, concise and professional communication.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers and customer.Work according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelines.Other Information:PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
