DescriptionUnder the direction of the Chief Clinical Integration Officer, oversee the performance and management of clinic operations and clinical support for the designated facilities of North Country HealthCare. In collaboration with Medical Officers & Senior Leadership, take part in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standardized policies and procedures, ensuring the ongoing improvement of organizational performance and the delivery of patient care. Directly supervise designated Clinic Managers and take part with fellow Operations Managers in the oversight of assigned programs.DutiesOversee the performance of clinics delivering in-person and virtual primary care services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Analyze operational and clinical data to inform decision-making, set performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations through audits, mock inspections, and incident investigations.Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and maintain standards for Clinical Support Staff and contribute to long-term quality improvement planning.Support Clinic Managers by fostering communication, consistency, and collaboration across clinic sites and leadership teams.Assist with budget planning, supply procurement, and building community partnerships to enhance service delivery and efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in related field required.Master's degree in business, Project Management, Health Administration, or Public Health preferred.Related experience and/or training as MA/LPN/RN or significant compliance experience preferredFive years related management experience.CompensationStarting at $78,200/yr + DOEGenerous Benefits PackageSupportive and team-oriented environmentOpportunities to grow within our organizationPI272898223
