This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
