Architectural Designer (Plumbing Designer Experience)Location: Miami, FLType: On-site OnlySchedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)Contract Type: Permanent / Direct HireSalary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/Year (Based on experience)About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing Designer - Revit Specialist to join a respected and dynamic engineering firm based in Miami, FL. This is a critical, full-time, on-site position, ideal for candidates with proven expertise in Revit-based plumbing system design.You will play an essential role in the design, documentation, and coordination of complex plumbing systems, ensuring technical precision, code compliance, and seamless integration into building projects. The right candidate will bring hands-on Revit experience, plumbing code knowledge, and a commitment to quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Design & Drafting: Lead the development of plumbing system designs using Revit MEP, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and code compliance.Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external project teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure plumbing systems integrate smoothly into overall project scopes.Technical Documentation: Generate detailed system layouts, isometric views, technical specifications, and construction documents.Code Compliance: Apply current plumbing codes (IPC, UPC, ASPE) and ensure all designs meet local and national regulations.Sustainability Integration: Incorporate water-saving and sustainable plumbing technologies into system designs.Construction Support: Assist project teams during construction phases by resolving technical issues and supporting field adjustments.Quality Control: Participate in internal QA/QC processes, reviewing designs for accuracy, feasibility, and constructability.QualificationsAssociate Degree or Technical Certification in Mechanical Systems, Drafting, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3-5 years of proven Revit MEP experience focused on plumbing systems (required).Advanced knowledge of plumbing codes and industry standards.Demonstrated experience producing full plumbing design packages for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with sustainable plumbing design and LEED standards is a plus.What You'll Bring to the TeamA proactive, accountable, and detail-driven approach.Passion for innovative plumbing engineering and continuous learning.A commitment to excellence, deadlines, and project goals.A collaborative spirit and desire to contribute in a team-focused environment.At ttg Talent Solutions, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
