We're looking for experienced professionals to support our commercial and industrial clients with the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC systems"”especially chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.If you're hands-on, solutions-driven, and thrive in a field-based environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a reputable team.What You'll Do Install & Start Up EquipmentInstall commercial-grade chillers, cooling towers, and associated systemsTest for proper function and compliance with specs and safety codesPerform Preventive MaintenanceConduct scheduled inspections and tune-upsDetect and address performance issues before they escalateTroubleshoot & Repair SystemsDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults using industry toolsRepair or replace components and adjust control systemsClient-Focused ServiceExplain repair findings and recommendations clearlyProvide insights on energy efficiency and long-term system healthDocumentation & ComplianceRecord all services and materials usedComply with all safety protocols and EPA refrigerant handling regulationsStay Sharp & Support the TeamKeep up with new HVAC technologies and standardsMentor junior technicians as neededREQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GED requiredFormal HVAC training or apprenticeship preferredEPA 608 Certification required2-5 years in commercial or industrial HVAC field serviceDirect hands-on experience with chillers, pumps, and cooling towersProficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and metersComfortable reading technical schematics and system blueprintsSoft Skills & Other RequirementsStrong communication and customer service mindsetAbility to work independently or within a teamValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysically able to lift tools/equipment and work in variable conditionsFlexible availability for emergency service calls or weekend workPreferredNATE or similar certificationExperience with smart controls or energy-efficient systemsAt ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time."IND1
