Nurse Managers allocate resources to promote efficient, safe and high quality care based on the professional standards and scopes of nursing practice.Responsibilities:1. Demonstrates competency in the ANA Nurse Administrator Standards of Practices and professional performances.2. Attains patient satisfaction and quality measures goals.3. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:Education: Bachelor Degree Nursing; Will accept a bachelor degree in another discipline if candidate holds a MSN.
