Overview:As a Compliance Manager, you'll help drive Concora Credit's Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit - every single day.The impact you'll have at Concora Credit:The Compliance Manager reports to the SVP of Compliance and is responsible for managing and optimizing the regulatory complaints program and ensuring its objectives are met. The Compliance Manager is an experienced compliance professional with a proven track record of managing a regulatory complaints program and team for a financial institution or a consumer finance company.This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change.Responsibilities:As our Compliance Manager, you will:Manage the regulatory consumer complaints investigation and resolution team.Ensure that complaints and inquiries from regulators are addressed and resolved promptly and completely, and communications are accurate, concise, tailored to the situation, and professional.Identify complaints that raise legal issues involving potential consumer harm or other regulatory compliance issues and ensure they are properly escalated.Identify and communicate opportunities to business line management to drive adjustments to policies and practices based on the nature or number of substantive consumer complaints when appropriate.Implement continual optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ensure the program evolves with business growth and regulatory expectations.Maintain a strong working knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations applicable to our loan servicing business.These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.Qualifications:Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of professional work in the financial services industry in banking compliance with experience in regulatory complaints management.CRCM certification, preferredStrong knowledge of consumer compliance regulations and risk assessments.Demonstrated track record of execution and results.Ability to solve problems based on strong analytical and technical skills and manage multiple and competing priorities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment skills.Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.Key factors to success in this role:Critical Thinking: Has a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment, applicable rules, and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.
