MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORDo you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading teams, and optimizing equipment efficiency?If you are a results-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence, we want to meet you!As a Maintenance Supervisor at Bath Fitter, you will oversee and manage maintenance operations, ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.What's in it for you?Full-time, permanent positionCompetitive salary + Performance-based incentivesGroup insurancePension plan with employer contributionPaid Holidays, Mobile Days and Paid Time OffCareer advancement opportunitiesEquipment providedFree on-site gym access & subsidized meals at our in-house bistroEmployee discounts and Employee Assistance ProgramAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Enforcing compliance with company policies and safety/environmental regulations.Implementing health and safety measures for employees.Overseeing maintenance operations to maintain a productive and positive work environment.Leading, coaching, and developing team leaders and employees.Managing production equipment, utilities, and building maintenance.Ensuring quality control for equipment maintenance and repairs.Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.Providing technical support and handling urgent corrective work.Maintaining and updating technical documentation.Acting as the emergency response lead during assigned shifts.Collaborating with our CAN manufacturing facility to share best practices.We are looking for....5-8 years of experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automated Production Engineering (preferred).Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification (an asset).Strong knowledge of 110 to 480-volt circuits, PLC controllers, motors, and related systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and safety.Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.About Us:Bath Fitter is the first choice, industry leader in bathroom renovations, and has been manufacturing and installing premium-quality acrylic bathtubs and seamless bath wall systems since 1984, with locations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
