Long-Term Care Director of Business Development/Admissions Nurse Opportunity!Crest Healthcare Group is looking to add a Director of Business Development to our growing team!The Director of Business Development (DBD) is a key member of the Crest Healthcare Team who manages the facility inquiry process & admission process and provides customers with facility-related information via facility tours, personal visits/assessments, conversations, and follow-up. The DBD coordinates and implements effective facility sales and marketing programs.Your JobThis is a leadership position reporting to the Administrator and working in conjunction with our Vice President of Business Development to support the company in its efforts to achieve facility and regional goals and objectives. The focus is on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing a liaison relationship with hospital case workers, discharge planners, and physicians with hands-on support, guidance, and direction to facility staff in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the customer experience and bring peace of mind to our customers.Create and maintain professional and working relationships with hospital Social Workers, Case Managers, Physicians, and other hospital personnel to secure new admissions to facilities.Communicate with physicians to identify potential new referrals and market facility services.Communicate and coordinate with the financial office to ensure accuracy of Census Data, verification of insurance information, and Medicare and Medicaid eligibility. Manage the internal admission process.Manage the referral flow and admissions process, including community sales, referral management, and admission experience.Meet census goals by working with the facility's interdisciplinary teamLead the facility through weekly and monthly meetings to achieve business and personal professional goalsGuide the facility's internal and external sales programs, ensuring strong customer, referral source, and payer satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; a positive public image; maximization of center case-mix; and achievement of average daily census (ADC) goals.Assists with market research, including competitive analysis, surveys, and demographic analysisWorks with the Facility team to continuously improve systems that directly affect occupancy: inquiry procedures and skills, tour effectiveness, conversion techniques, follow-up systems, customer satisfaction, and unplanned discharges.BenefitsWe appreciate our employees and reward them for working hard.
