Location: Essex County Sheriff's Department Pre-Release Center in Lawrence, MASchedule: Monday - Friday, Full-timePay rate: $90,000/annuallyBenefits:Health, dental, vision insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursement401k with company contributionDiscounts on wide array of services/entertainmentThe Clinical Director is responsible for:The oversight of clinical and case management services delivered at designated site or program(s)Ensuring that clinical services are being delivered in accordance with Spectrum's clinical philosophy and design, in accordance with evidence-based practicesWorking closely with the Contract Support Manager and ECSD management staff to ensure smoothoperation, the delivery of quality services, and the coordination of all clinical servicesObserving group facilitation for each supervisee and completes Group Quality Inventory to ensure performance meets Spectrum standardsMaintaining comprehensive current clinical skills, competencies, licensure and certification as requiredWorking closely with Spectrum management and staff to ensure a seamless continuum of care within Spectrum's various treatment modalitiesProviding orientation for newly hired cliniciansEnsuring that the interdisciplinary treatment planning, case reviews and conferences are being conducted and documented per Spectrum's protocolsDeveloping an ongoing staff development and training plan for clinical staff in coordination with the Contract Support Manager and other Clinical DirectorsAssisting with crisis management and other emergencies as neededMaintaining adequate knowledge of the programs' emergency preparedness plan and emergency proceduresQualifications:Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field requiredLicensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or closely related license in the fields of addiction or mental health requiredMinimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferredMinimum of three years experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferredMust display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies*CA CB #ESXC140
