Automotive Finance Manager

*Damerow Ford the highest volume Ford dealer in the region*, is looking for a motivated Finance Manager to join our team!*Essential Duties:** Obtain finance approvals for auto loans for our customers* Perform at a high level maintaining an above average PVR and product pen* Manage contracts and receive funding quickly* Meet dealership sales and F&I goals* Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores* Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding finance options & products sold* Maintain great lender relationships* Clearly explain all aspects of a customer's purchase* Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments* Customer Service Professional* Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to accounting*Qualifications** Prior sales experience, minimum of 3 years* Excellent communication skills* Ability to effectively establish customer relationships & present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.* Ability to sell Finance products* Acceptable driving record & a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles* Candidates must pass a background check and be insurable to drive* Must be able to sit for long periods of time up to 8+ hours a day.Damerow Ford is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 12 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Weekends as neededSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Commission payWork Location: In person
