Workers' Compensation Adjuster

This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule based out of our Boise, ID or South Sioux City, NE offices with three days in the office and two days working remotely OR the opportunity for full time remote based on the right fit candidate.Do you find joy in helping others? Would you like to work in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same?We are seeking an experienced professional for our Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster position.In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, proactively manage, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims, including those involving litigation. Our adjusters' caseloads are manageable and kept to a reasonable number so they can provide exceptional customer service, meet departmental and individual goals, and enjoy a positive work-life balance.
