Infection Preventionist Nurse (RN Preferred)

Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Full Time Infection Preventionist for our skilled nursing facility in Carlisle, PA!The Infection Preventionist practitioner is responsible for the prevention, investigation, monitoring and reporting of the spread of diseases in hospitals.
