Actively shares knowledge with staff regarding instrument sets/techniques and procedures. Demonstrates appropriate use of emergency equipment, supplies, and resources.* Serves as a resource in at least 2 specialty areas/procedures.* Performs in preceptor role for new & experienced staff in the scrub role.* May perform additional duties as assigned.*Job Requirements:** *Education: *High School diploma or equivalent* *Experience: *1 Year Surg Tech experience or equivalent.
