About the Practice:At Triangle Family Dentistry in Wake Forest, we are devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of our patients' smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long-lasting smiles! We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve our patients' optimal dental health. We build a foundation of trust by treating our guests as special individuals is vital to our success.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); taking digital radiographs, charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment, periodontal charting, routine prophylaxis, fluoride application, placing sealants, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning, presenting proposed treatment with insurance coverage and patient co-pays, as well as keeping accurate notes.Schedule: four-day workweek with at least one evening until 7pm*; must be willing to work at least one Saturday* each month.Qualifications:Valid Registered Dental Hygienist and BLS/CPR certification.Experience taking digital x-rays & intraoral photos.Knowledgeable of ADA codes.Maintains annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.Benefits Offered:In return for providing an excellent patient experience, we offer a great benefits package to include health, vision and dental benefits, employee assistance program, wellness program, continued education, gym reimbursement, 401(k), 401(k) matching, uniforms provided, life insurance, holiday pay, unlimited earning potential hygiene bonus, office production bonus, paid time off and *additional paid time off.Salary Range: 45-55 Requisition Number: 2025-16026
