Join Radia as a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist!Location: Evergreen Radia Imaging Center, Kirkland, WACompensation: Per Diem (hours not guaranteed)Status: Per Diem (hours not guaranteed)Compensation: $48.70–$81.31 per hour + 15% per diem shift differential*The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.Radia is currently seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Evergreen Radia Imaging Center in Kirkland. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.Radia Inc., P.S. is a physician-owned and operated radiology group serving more than 50 hospital and clinic partners across Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.Position SummaryThe PET/CT Technologist performs a broad range of advanced imaging procedures using complex equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. This position functions with minimal supervision, requires critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and maintains a strong focus on patient care and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately interpret physician scanning instructions and administer radiopharmaceuticals/contrast agents as requiredPrepare and operate PET/CT equipment; position patients to obtain optimal imagesPerform quality control and QA on all scans and imaging equipmentMaintain regulatory compliance through proper documentation of radiopharmaceutical usage and hot lab proceduresAdhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposureRotate shifts based on department needs and assist with CT imaging when necessaryDevelop and maintain standard work protocols specific to PET/CT proceduresQualificationsCurrent CNMT certificationWashington State Radiologic Technologist licensePET and CT certification (ARRT or NMTCB with CT endorsement preferred)1–2 years of PET/CT experience preferredCurrent BLS certificationSkills & AbilitiesStrong interpersonal and patient care skills, including use of interpreters as neededIV and Port-A-Catheter access proficiencyAbility to perform point-of-care lab testing (e.g., ISTAT)Excellent written and verbal communicationConsistently follows established protocols and contributes to protocol developmentPerks & Benefits401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing componentFree onsite parkingProfessional development and continuing education opportunitiesEducational assistanceDiscretionary annual performance-based bonusThank you for your interest in joining Radia!
