This position offers $3,200 per week for a 5x8s evening shift schedule.*Job Overview:*As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners to capture high-quality diagnostic images. You’ll ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the scanning process while supporting radiologists in delivering timely and accurate diagnostic services.*Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist:** Operate MRI equipment to perform scans according to established protocols and physician orders* Screen patients for MRI contraindications and ensure proper preparation* Position patients correctly and select imaging parameters to ensure optimal scan quality* Administer contrast media as directed and monitor for reactions* Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures* Review and assess image quality before sending to the radiologist* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all imaging procedures* Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare staff* Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of MRI equipment* Follow all infection control and MRI safety guidelines*Requirements:** BLS certification* ARRT certification* Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience*Why Work in Chambersburg, PA?*Chambersburg offers a strong sense of community, affordable living, and access to outdoor recreation.
