Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents. The role provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within the established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the PA State Nurse Practice Act. LPNs may manage the overall care of a designated group of residents with oversight by an RN Supervisor as needed.
