A health services network in Upstate New York is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team at one of their facilities in Syracuse.About the Opportunity:Schedule: 5 shifts per week and one weekend per monthHours: 8am to 4:30pmSetting: Acute Care and OutpatientResponsibilities:Evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated proceduresFormulate specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and the patientsPrepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely mannerAttend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient informationParticipate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional healthcare personnelTrain new staff members; serve as clinical instructor for senior-level students; and facilitate new program developmentQualifications:2+ years of experience in an Acute Care and Outpatient settingBachelor's Degree in Physical TherapyActive NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligible
