Our goal is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life.The Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) model supports patients within the Brockton community to improve access to urgent and ongoing clinical services. Clinical services offered at the outpatient site include day treatment, individual/couples/family and group therapy, psychiatric medication, MOUD medication, and peer support services. The CBHC provides care for patients with behavioral health concerns, including mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.
