As part of a team-oriented workplace, LPNs participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a LPN can include:Build and maintain close relationships with residentsTake initiative and give guidance to RA and CNA staffProvide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s specific care planMake resident safety needs a daily priorityContinually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concernsAssist with and monitor resident medication needsRequirements:Current LPN license in applicable state as well as CPR certification#BRWD
