Speech-Language Pathologist (Birth-3)AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech-Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. When you join our team, you become a part of a team of clinicians who are passionate about working with children and growing their careers!We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention (Birth-3) services to infants and toddlers with communication delays or disorders through home-based visits. You will work collaboratively with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote positive, functional outcomes for each child.*Location:* Southfield, MI*Age Level:* Early Intervention (Birth-3)*Salary Range:* $57,500 - $75,000 (based on qualifications and experience); plus mileage reimbursementResponsibilities* Conduct home visits to provide speech-language services and supports within natural routines and settings* Evaluate and assess infants and toddlers for communication and feeding concerns as part of a multidisciplinary team* Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in partnership with families and team members* Provide coaching and strategies to families and caregivers to support communication development throughout daily routines* Maintain documentation in accordance with early intervention regulations and timelines* Collaborate with service coordinators, educators, and related service providers to deliver coordinated, family-centered servicesSupport We Provide Our Clinicians* We host bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team, giving you a chance to network and problem-solve together!* We provide regular one-on-one caseload support and mentorship with our Clinical Support Director for all SLPs.* We provide a generous materials database and additional stipend for the school year!* You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Michigan.* We host frequent FREE in-house CEUs for all of our SLPs, and we are an ASHA CE Approved Provider!* Our website: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA* Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred!BenefitsAnthroMed team members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed.
