We've been recognized as Top Senior Care providers by St. Louis Magazine, and "Best Nursing Home" by Newsweek!Director of MDS Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the MDS/RAI process to ensure accuracy and timely submissionManage MDS coordinators and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state regulationsMonitor quality measures and provide strategies for continuous improvementEducate and train staff on documentation and MDS processesParticipate in care planning and case-mix managementDirector of MDS Qualifications:RN (Registered Nurse) license required; BSN preferredMinimum of 2 years' experience in MDS coordination within a SNF/LTC settingExperience with ICD-10 coding and MDS assessment processPrior leadership or management experience strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations, including PDPMExceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skillsReady to lead with purpose and make a difference in resident outcomes?
