We specialize in evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders — and we're looking for a Clinical Team Lead to guide our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Asheville.ACTT is a collaborative, boots-on-the-ground approach that supports adults with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and other complex needs. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and direct care — all in service of long-term recovery and stability.
