You’ll partner with leaders across Legal, Risk, Audit, and Operations while managing a Procurement Analyst and helping to mature the bank’s procurement framework.ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize Bank-wide procurement and vendor management processesOversee vendor selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance trackingEnsure compliance with policies, regulations, and vendor risk standardsCollaborate with enterprise teams (Legal, Risk, Audit, Tech) on procurement-related initiativesDrive process improvements and reporting, including SLAs and KPIsStay current on vendor-related risksRequirements5+ years of procurement/vendor management experience in financial servicesExperience overseeing procurement processes across multiple departmentsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to balance strategic and tactical needsLegal/contract negotiation background and comfort with technology contracts a plusManagement or team lead experience requiredFamiliarity with enterprise risk, internal controls, and procurement best practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office; Tableau a plusBanking Procurement & Vendor Manager - 25-00393IND123
