This is a full-time, school-year role working with a billing client, offering a collaborative environment and exposure to a diverse range of student needs and educational settings.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with developmental, motor, and sensory challengesConduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students' eligibility and needs for OT servicesDevelop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with the special education teamDeliver both direct and consultative OT services across classroom and pull-out settingsTravel between multiple school sites to provide consistent supportCollaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to promote student successComplete all documentation in accordance with district and Medicaid billing guidelinesQualifications:Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited programCurrent North Carolina OT license (or eligibility by contract start date)Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferredFamiliarity with IEP development, school-based service models, and Medicaid billingStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage a flexible, multi-site caseload
