Trains staff, set schedules, assign clients, and ensure the timely, accurate and complete processing and submission of client work.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview monthly returns/renditions prepared by team members within PTMS, OneSource, or PowerPlan and sign returns on behalf of clientEnsure quality of DMA’s deliverablesProvide leadership, direction, and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career developmentAssist in development of customized compliance processes and procedures for each new compliance clientConduct and manage onsite client implementationsReview cash management of specified compliance client bank accounts, client funding issues and requests, and ensure availability of fundsDevelop and implement new strategies and efficiencies for the compliance practiceParticipate in the talent acquisition process for the team to add top talentReview and approve monthly client billingsAssist in analyzing the scope and complexity of compliance prospectsIdentify additional DMA business opportunities within our compliance client baseEnsure that team members understand and implement the customized processing procedures developed for each new clientNon-Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist leadership with any special client projects or needs that ariseWork closely with other divisions to better process shared clientsPerform other duties as assignedEducation and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent combination of work experience and education may be substituted7+ years’ experience with prior experience as a Compliance Supervisor with DMA or in a similar position in the tax/accounting industryPrevious supervisory experienceThorough understanding of the laws and regulations related to the property tax compliance practiceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelSuperior communication skills to interact with staff, management, prospects and clientsProficient in the use of property tax software#LI-JS1#LI-ONSITEThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
