This contract position is based onsite in Nashville, TN, within a comprehensive K-12 school setting, offering the potential for renewal for the 2025-2026 school year.Key Responsibilities:Provide evaluation, assessment, and therapy services to students in grades K through 12.Manage a caseload of 45-50 students with varying speech and language disabilities.Collaborate with onsite staff and potentially virtual SLPs, especially in middle and high school settings.Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress accordingly.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to student care.Qualifications:Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CF).Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy.Ability to work effectively with children across all disability categories.Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is advantageous.Strong communication and organizational skills.Schedule and Location:Full-time, 37.5 to 40 hours per week.Monday through Friday, onsite only.Position duration covers the contracted school year with renewal possibilities.This role is tailored for professionals dedicated to delivering quality speech-language services in an educational environment.
