We value your expertise, encourage growth, and foster a collaborative environment where your technical talents can shine.What You'll BringExperience35 years of automotive technical experienceBackground in dealership or independent automotive serviceHands-on expertise in diagnostics and repairsEducation & CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)Dealership product trainingAt least two ASE Certifications (one must be powertrain-related)General SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCreative and strategic thinkingExcellent communication (interpersonal, presentation, written)Proficient with computers and engineering software/toolsAbility to integrate people, processes, and systemsValid drivers license and clean DMV recordSpecialized SkillsFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeHighly organized, dependable, and able to work independentlyRecent experience in automotive drivetrain diagnosticsExtensive knowledge of Audi/VW vehiclesWhat Youll DoPrimary Responsibilities (90%):Perform thorough inspections and repairs of test vehiclesComplete software and hardware updates (with guidance from Senior Technicians)Conduct scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenanceProvide full support for test vehicles, including visiting test groupsInstall, remove, and maintain data-logging equipmentManage workshop tools, tire, and part inventoryReceive and document parts from Germany and other locationsCollect and document fluid samplesMaintain and update engineering tools (iDEX, Diagra, ODIS, CP Tool)Prepare vehicles for scrapping or rotation to external driversAdditional Responsibilities (10%):Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area and common spacesSupport department operations beyond vehicle testing as neededAssist test drivers and address questions before and after shiftsThe Process: To apply for this position, please follow these steps: Apply for this job with your current resume.
