RN Unit Manager

* Previous 1+ year of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred.* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.* Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, when necessary.* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.* Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings.* Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members.* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.RN01Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hourSchedule:* Day shift* No weekendsExperience:* Nursing: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* BLS Certification (Required)* RN (Required)Ability to Commute:* West Reading, PA 19611 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* West Reading, PA 19611: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
