Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Franklin, TN, serving K-12 students in a school setting. This contract position supports a caseload of 45-50 students across all disabilities and works a Monday through Friday schedule onsite only. The contract will renew for the 2025-2026 school year.Responsibilities:Provide speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th gradeAddress a wide range of speech and language disorders and disabilitiesCollaborate with virtual SLP colleagues supporting middle and high schools as neededMaintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notesParticipate in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and team meetingsFollow school policies and comply with state and federal regulations regarding special education servicesQualifications:Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidatesExperience working with pediatric populations in school and healthcare settingsAbility to deliver teletherapy services, complementing onsite therapy within the districtStrong caseload management skills with 37.5-40 hours per week availabilityExcellent communication and collaborative skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teamsLocation & Schedule:Franklin, TennesseeFull-time, Monday to FridayOnsite service provision with potential virtual collaborationContract duration aligned with the current school year, with renewal for 2025-2026This role offers an opportunity to impact students communication skills across a broad age range while working within a supportive school environment.
