We are looking for a dynamic, born leader, entrepreneurial Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a fantastic adjuster who can help lead our team, someone who enjoys educating the team and their patients, and has experience as a chiropractor- understanding what it takes to treat patients, financial management of care plans and, the functions of running an office.Who we are:With more than four decades of combined experience in the chiropractic industry, the doctors at our centers are dedicated to helping patients within the community. Our reputation and patient base continue to grow, and we need to add another dynamic and motivated DC to our team.Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Lead/Manage and work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsTraining weekly with teamCommunity engagement eventsRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in SCSchedule:Full timeMonday thru Thursday (8:30 am to 6:30 pm) and Friday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm)Total compensation (range):$80k to $120k (Base salary with bonuses)Benefits:Bonus Compensation- Based on performance of the clinicPTO/Vacation 2 weeksDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability InsuranceLife InsuranceCome join our passionate team to help our clients resume their lifelong pursuit of health, fitness, and well-being.
