Front of House Team MemberDuties:- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests- Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing- Assist with sales by upselling and promoting menu items- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficientlyExperience:- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient serviceAs a Front of House Team Member, you will be an integral part of our restaurant's success.
