Le Belleair Cafe, a French bakery renowned for its commitment to excellence in preparing high-quality pastries, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook Assistant to join our team. This role requires a person with knowledge of food preparation, as well as exceptional customer service skills. (Full-time job)Duties:· Assist in the daily preparation of croissants, sandwiches, pastries, and crepes.· Follow recipes and quality standards established by the Chef.· Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in the kitchen, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and using the dishwasher machine.· Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products.· Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality in all operations.Qualifications:· Previous experience in food preparation.· Attention to detail in food preparation.
