Landscape Operations Manager*Location: *Pacific, WA*Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Some Weekends)**Salary: $100,000 – $110,000/year**Domestic & International Travel**About the Role*We are seeking an experienced *Landscape Operations Manager* to lead our landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement service contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews, managing operational processes, ensuring top-quality execution, and strengthening client relationships. If you bring proven leadership in the landscape industry, strong project management skills, and a passion for horticultural excellence, this is your opportunity to grow with us.*Key Responsibilities*:*Operational Oversight** Execute landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement contracts on time and within budget.* Oversee daily scheduling, equipment readiness, and crew dispatch.* Propose, bid, and lead seasonal enhancement projects.* Use *Aspire project tracking software* to manage service hours, project costs, and billing.* Ensure safety and compliance through audits and training.*Customer Service & Quality** Conduct regular client check-ins and site walkthroughs.* Respond promptly to client concerns and deliver high-quality outcomes.* Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.*Team Leadership** Recruit, lead, and mentor crew members (teams of 3–12).* Conduct performance evaluations and provide hands-on training.* Promote best-in-class horticultural practices and a positive work culture.*Financial & Strategic Management** Monitor budgets and ensure operational profitability.* Forecast labor needs and align staffing with seasonal demands.* Procure materials and supplies cost-effectively.*Reporting & Process Improvement** Track KPIs and report outcomes to the VP of Operations.* Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions.*Cross-Team Collaboration** Coordinate with admin, sales, vendors, and clients.* Align field operations with business growth objectives.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insuranceApplication Question(s):* How many years of experience do you have in a leadership or management role?
