Crew Leader/Operator

*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader/Operator who has professional experience operating equipment, overseeing operations of tree crews and coordinating the completion of professional tree work projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The Crew Leader/Operator will be responsible for managing a team, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring high-quality work standards.*Responsibilities** Lead and supervise a team on-site, performing Tree Remoavl, Stump Grinding, and Tree trimming projects.* Lead by example/Work with a crew to complete assigned work load.* Ensure adherence to procject plans, details and specifications.* Make sure all safety protocols are in place and adhered to.* Be the one-site point person between the crew, client, and upper management.*Requirements** Proven experience in a leadership role within the tree industry.* Strong knowledge of tree site operations, including safety protocols and best management practices.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.* A commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards while ensuring safety on-site.* The ability to complete physically demanding work in all weather conditionsJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) 4% Match* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
