Customer Experience Barista

Job Title: BaristaJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and snacks to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, and cold brew- Assist customers in choosing the right coffee or snack based on their preferences- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient serviceRequirements:- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus- Strong understanding of food safety practices- Excellent customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Basic math skills for cash handling- Passion for coffee and sales-oriented mindsetIf you are passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
