General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *General Manager* to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining operational standards, and achieving financial goals. As the General Manager, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive success across all aspects of the restaurant, including guest experience, team development, and business performance.*Responsibilities include:** Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and guest service* Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and best practices for smooth operations* Manage property appearance, including lighting, temperature, sound, and cleanliness* Lead the management team with weekly meetings, training, and team development* Oversee weekly and monthly reporting for FOH and BOH operations, including payroll, inventories, and invoices* Monitor and manage controllable costs (food, beverage, and labor) to maintain profitability* Coordinate and oversee all restaurant parties, including bookings, sales, and payment processes* Manage guest reviews and implement recovery strategies to maintain a 4.7-star rating or higher* Oversee the rollout of new menus, coordinating training, timelines, and material distribution* Plan and execute weekly and monthly entertainment schedules, managing budgets and bookings* Coordinate outward marketing and ensure consistency of messaging across platforms* Ensure all special events, seasonal promotions, and marketing efforts are executed correctly*Benefits (for full-time Team Members)** 401(k)* Dental insurance* Team Member discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Vision insuranceWe are looking for a proactive leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a high-energy environment.
