As we expand across California and beyond, we are seeking a proactive and driven Franchise Coordinator to help generate new franchise leads, support franchisee onboarding, and ensure successful store launches.*Position Overview*The Franchise Coordinator is responsible for actively generating, qualifying, and developing new franchise leads. You will play a central role in building our franchise network, from initial outreach to onboarding and opening. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in sales development, relationship building, and operational coordination.*Compensation Structure** Base Salary: $45,000–$60,000* Bonus: $5,000 per franchisee signed (capped)*Key Responsibilities*Franchise Lead Generation & Recruitment* Bring in new franchise leads through outbound outreach, digital strategies, and local networking* Proactively contact and qualify incoming and self-sourced franchise leads* Develop creative strategies to consistently attract and engage qualified prospects* Assist in the franchise sales process including follow-up, meeting scheduling, and paperwork* Meet with prospective and newly signed franchisees to guide them through the early stages*Onboarding & Store Opening Support** Support new franchisees through lease negotiation, permitting, and construction* Serve as a key point of contact from signing through store opening* Onboard new locations to company platforms including POS systems, third-party delivery, and internal tools*Event & Expo Management** Plan and manage all franchise expos, recruitment events, and trade shows* Handle logistics, scheduling, booth setup, and lead follow-up*Internal Coordination** Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, and project tracking* Maintain organized records of franchise leads, onboarding timelines, and store development milestones* Coordinate with operations, legal, and marketing departments to ensure smooth franchise launchesJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearExperience:* Sales: 1 year (Preferred)* Franchise Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Sacramento, CA 95814 (Required)Work Location: In person
