Cafe Associate

*Overview*Join our Team! TPAM is seeking a part-time Café Attendant for Windward Ranch in St. Augustine. Windward Ranch is a private HOA community.*Requirements*SAFE Food handling license (Windward Ranch will pay for you to obtain this license)Fire Safety*Duties** *Cafe *Prepare cafe food and serve residents at the cafe (food/drinks/alcohol). No fryers. (that was always a selling point for staffing our restaurants)Interact with residents and provide great serviceManage POS during service hoursCash handling, balancing, and reporting to account managerManage café inventoryEnsure all food preparation and service areas are kept in a manner consistent with local health department regulationsRe-stock beverages during and after shiftRe-stock supplies during and after shiftClean all outside café tables with cleaner at the beginning and during shiftKeep café area (inside and outside) clean of debris and foodClose all umbrellas and end of shift and open them at the beginning of shiftReport any broken items or issues to TPAM and HOA boardClean café and surrounding amenity center tables.
