Mitigation Manager

*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various restoration services, including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration. This role requires effective leadership skills to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.*Duties** Oversee daily operations of the restoration team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.* Coordinate and manage restoration projects, including asbestos abatement, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire restoration.* Train and mentor staff on best practices in the restoration industry, including the use of hand tools and cleaning techniques.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all restoration activities.* Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for restoration tasks.* Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.*Skills** Proven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of asbestos abatement, mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and carpet cleaning.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.* Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during projects.* Proficient in using hand tools and other equipment relevant to restoration tasks.* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leading teams in the vital field of property restoration.
