Holster Production Worker Apprentice

The Holster Production Worker is the backbone of our organization. They are responsible for crafting our holsters with a level of quality unmatched in the industry.Daily duties include but are not limited to folding, buffing, assembling, packaging holsters, and shared cleaning duties. Training provided by our top craftsman. We provide 5 paid sick days, accrual of vacation at a rate of 7 days paid vacation per year, and paid holidays after 180 days of employment.*Requirements:** Respectful* Flexible (we're a small business, sometimes you have to wear a different hat)* Good "Can do" Attitude* Good Manual Dexterity* Willingness to learn* The ability to stand for 8 hours a day* The ability to lift 50lbs* Punctual* Reliable transportation* Team player* Have a high school diploma or GED* Submit to a background check* Comfortable with power tools* /*/*/*Experience with bandsaw/*/*/**Preferred Experience (not required):** Familiarity with firearms* Experience with woodworking, metalworking or a similar craft* Experience with buffers*Duties:** Fold, buff, and assemble holsters with attention to detail* Meets or exceeds quality standards (after training)* Cut holsters with a bandsaw and router* Conform to the Company Code of Conduct* Follow all company policies and procedures* Report all safety concerns immediately to your supervisor* Cleans personal work area before the end of each shift* Cleans common areas on assigned days*About CYA Supply Co:*CYA Supply Co. is a veteran and family-owned and operated company.
