*Children's House Support Specialist*Villa di Maria Montessori is looking for a year-round Children's House Support Specialist to work with children ages 2.5-6. The ideal candidate:* Has experience working in a Children's House* Has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field* Has experience working with young children* Loves working with and alongside young children* Is creative, energetic, organized patient and consistent* Is open to supportive coaching* Has a strong work-ethic* Communicates clearly* Is a strong team player* Is self-motivated and takes initiative* Works well with a parent community* Loves to have fun and learn new things* AMI Primary training is a plus but not required (NOTE: ideally we will sponsor our new Children's House Support Specialist to Association Montessori Internationale 3-6 training in 2026)If you are interested in joining a dynamic as supportive team, Villa di Maria Montessori has an immediate need.
