In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with seating arrangements while maintaining excellent guest relations.*Duties** Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.* Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.* Answer phone calls promptly and handle reservations with professionalism and courtesy.* Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant services.* Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.* Utilize Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems to manage guest orders efficiently.* Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.* Strong understanding of Trackman Technology and ability to explain to the customer.*Qualifications** Strong communication skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest relations.* Previous experience in food service environments is preferred but not required.* Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus.* Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Join us in delivering outstanding service to our guests while enjoying a vibrant work environment!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 35 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Vision insuranceShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shiftPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
