Bindery / Finishing Operator* Working knowledge in digital and large press bindery.* Can operate Polar cutters, Stahl folders, and, Bobst, kluge, and Clamshell die cutting equipment, and offline coating.* 5 years’ experience in commercial printing environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BOTH POSITIONS.* Reads job tickets and locates customer OK before starting jobs, helping determine which machine will be the best fit.* Produces the job on-hand by running the necessary bindery equipment.* Sets up machines and goes to supervisor for an OK on each job* Maintains quality of entire job while running* Document quantities of work performed* Confirms jobs with supervisor upon completion and forwards jobs to appropriate department.* Operates various types of material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks, hand jacks, and forklifts.* Cleans and maintains bindery machines as necessary.* Input information into computer systemEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBindery / Finishing Operator - This person must have at least five years’ experience in a bindery and finishing.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Hourly position with rate determined by experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* OvertimeEducation:* High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:* commercial bindery: 3 years (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
