Catering Team Member

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests- Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers- Take food orders and accurately input them into the POS system- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customersSkills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and discounts is beneficial- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in a kitchen settingNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
