Cook/Prep

Responsibilities:- Promptly notifying the supervisor of any incidents or suspicions of food contamination.- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining experience for customers- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and service areas- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests- Collaborate with cashier staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service- Support catering and banquet events by preparing, setting up, serving, and cleaning up as requiredSkills:- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as neededNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
