We are committed to delivering exceptional property management services that improve the quality of life for residents and support thriving, well-maintained communities.SummaryAs a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) with Vine Management, you will play a critical role in supporting our associations by fostering positive relationships, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and providing exceptional service to both residents and Boards of Directors.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities- In-depth understanding of customer service principles and practices.- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, including technical procedures, leases, regulations, and similar materials.- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).- Familiarity with association management software such as CINC is highly favorable.Minimum Experience- At least 2–3 years of managerial experience in association management or a related field such as hospitality, real estate, apartments, or property development.- Experience managing property or building operations, including staff oversight, service contracts, resident retention, and property improvements, is advantageous.- A current Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license is required.Physical Demands- Extended periods of sitting and working at a computer station.- Regular driving to perform inspections and attend meetings.Work Environment- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Responsibilities- Licensed expertise: Ensure compliance with governing documents while leveraging expertise as a licensed Florida CAM.- Community leadership: Collaborate with Boards of Directors, association attorneys, and contractors to manage communities and resolve issues effectively.- Management and supervision: Apply strong management and customer service skills to supervise staff, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects efficiently.- Team development: Inspire and guide a team of associates while upholding high-performance standards.- Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, Boards, contractors, and vendors.- Problem-solving: Analyze and address issues proactively while offering policy recommendations to Boards of Directors.- Financial oversight: Review financial reports, prepare budgets, and manage cash flow for capital improvement projects.- Regulatory compliance: Stay current on state regulatory statutes and association documents, policies, and procedures.- Property maintenance: Oversee improvements and maintenance of common areas while processing work orders, violations, and architectural applications.- Meeting facilitation: Prepare for and lead association meetings effectively.- Adaptability: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in dynamic and evolving environments.Join Vine Management to make a meaningful impact on community association operations while enjoying the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, customer-focused organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time offSchedule:* Evenings as needed* Monday to Friday* Weekends & holidays off* Weekends as neededEducation:* High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:* Community Association Manager: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* Community Association Manager License with the DPBR (Required)Ability to Commute:* Ocala, FL (Required)Work Location: In person
